I am a freelance medical writer with 11+ years of clinical pharmacy experience and special interest in emerging oncology therapies. In this ever-changing and fast-paced ecosystem, I thrive in evaluating how new medical advances may impact the standard of care across different subsets of oncology. 

For example, I have developed an array of documents to educate payers and providers on the benefits of utilizing biosimilars over originator products, as they have entered the oncology market. I enjoy evaluating the complex interplay between payer preferences and optimized patient outcomes, amid the continued research and development of new targeted therapies.

Another therapeutic area that I am passionate about is thyroid health, having personally struggled with hypothyroidism. Fatigue, hair loss, cold intolerance, weight gain—you name it, I’ve had it. Researching how best to support this small yet mighty organ is a daily practice for me, and I enjoy bringing this added layer of expertise and genuine empathy to my writing projects.
